I have the mypoi installed. I am having trouble figuring out how to select Garmin as the file type. Maybe someone can walk me through this? Thank you.
You can download Extra Poi
You can download Extra Poi Editor at http://turboccc.wikispaces.com/Extra_POI_Editor . When you download the program if you get message about OCX file missing scroll down on the main page and under troubleshooting you will find the Extra PoiEditor Installer that you will need to download. Open the gpx file in EPE and save as a OV2

For many of the POI files here, the data is available already converted to OV2 or GPX. The files that are available only in GPX or CSV format need to be converted, and there are several free programs available to do that conversion.
One of those programs that is widely used by people here is discussed in the message immediately above, and it does an excellent job of conversion. If you encounter a problem installing or using it, ask for advice here and a number of people will be happy to help, including the author of the program.
