Converting .tlv files to .ov2

I have just swapped an failed GO730 for a new VIA 1535TM (failed battery - extended warranty)
I have quite a few .tlv POI files that I would like to use with the new unit.
Is there a converter or process to do this?
I figured it out.
I figured it out.
The .os2 files and .bmp are in the North_America_2GB folder not in the poi folder.
You don't need the .tlv files at all.
