Have you searched for a converter?
Try a search for UTM coordinate conversion and many different links will pop up. Here's one"
http://www.plexscape.com/plexmark.aspx
It uses Google Earth and from Google Earth there are many ways to extract DMS coordinates.

UTM coordinates
You may be better off going back to the source and getting the coordinates in longitude, latitude format.
I am curious as to where you got the UTM coordinates - it looks to me that they are given to the nearest millimeter, and there is no zone or hemisphere designation given.
6 digit easting and 7 digit northing would give one meter accuracy and would be adequate for gps receiver use.
