nuvi 1490lmt showing traffic delays

Hello all, My 1490lmt often warns me of traffic delays when there are none.(icon turns red) This can happen in the middle of the night when there is no traffic at all. Has anyone else had this problem?

It hasn't happened to me but I do believe it; I own a 1490 also, it is probably the worst unit ever made by Garmin!!! I have had innumerable problems with this unit. I also own a 760 that has never given me any trouble.
