Garmin 2360

I just returned from a road trip to Seattle and Vancouver. Had two problems with the GPS, one big problem, the unit was very slow to recalculate a route and another problem was the unit would not turn on one time. It finally came on just before I was ready to toss it out the window. Just wondering if anyone has experience the same problems.

As in every situation where

As in every situation where a unit is mass produced; there are always some bad apples. Either return it to the store of purchased or return it to garmin for service.

For your first problem, many users have reported that having Traffic Trends enabled causes slow recalculation. You can disable it to improve performance. The second problem is usually caused by a completely dead battery. Even though you have it plugged into a power source, the nuvi may not come on until the battery has received a minimum charge.
