Growing red light camera presence in TN

I am seeing a lot of small towns in TN more and more having red light cameras.
I hate the principle behing these revenue enhancers.
I have just registered and will be posting locations as I travel.
Vote the local yahoos out of office for installing these--just make sure you let them and everyone else know why.

No info on rlc's but watch out for the eager moving radar at the Sevierville exit at I-40.
I drive through on I-40 often but don't hit these municipalities.
Speed camera in Bluff city, Tn
The south bound speed camera in Bluff City, Tn has been disabled according to the local news. Seems that they are in volation of Tn law in that the speed drops about 2 tenths of a mile before the camera from 55 to 45 MPH. Tn says the speed limit needs to change at least a minium of 1 mile before the camera. They are in the process of making refunds for that camera.
The North bound camera is still in operation and meets Tn law.
Bluff City
We drove through there in March after the Bristol race. Traffic was still very heavy at that point.
Can the city collect from out-of-state cars?
