I wish we had double digit temp. here in Texas. It would feel like winter. Too many days with triple temp.

My father planted 50 tomato plants. It's the first time he planted a garden. No, e doesn't know what he's doing. He was wondering why I suggested donating the surplus to the food pantry. I'm expecting an avalanch of red soon.

Happy Tuesday -

Other than the stock market, I hope everyone had a good week end. I hope it gets cooler for you who have been under the heat dome.

I pray for the brave members of Seal Team Six and others who gave their lives this week. May God bless their souls and watch over their families and loved ones. I'm grateful for the brave men and women who stand up for democracy around the world.

Enjoy your week and the coming week end and, please, take care of each other.

Best Speeding Excuse...Ever!

When asked by a young patrol officer "Do You know you were speeding?"
This 83-year-old woman gave the young officer an ear to ear smile and stated:
"Yes , but ... I had to get there before I forgot where I was going."
The officer put his ticket book away and bid her good day.
