Clearing unused files (to free up space on nuvi)

My 1490 has a text folder containing 98 folders. Which ones do I need. I only read English. I would like to delete the rest. That should free up about 37 MB.
Yes, you can delete those
And voice files you don't use too.
Note: Back them up somewhere first, just in case.
