And please check in on the elderly. Lots of the can't pay their elec bill and turn off the AC and then they don't realize it's too hot in the house till it's too late.

But as they say it's the humidity. It's 84º and 81% humidity at 10 AM in Dubuque, IA with no break for a while. Also looks like rain which will add to the humidity.
We hit a small shower up there on Saturday. Returning through Baraboo yesterday there was a very nice rainfall.

Heat index over 100. Home A/C condenser fan crapped out at 2:30 this morning. I just finished replacing it. I lost about 2 lbs in water weight!
