Lifetime Maps $59.99 at Amazon (3rd Party)

Was a ONE time map update for $50.00 as of 7/12/2011 9:25 Eastern

I would expect prices would be this cheap or cheaper, soon, since most new PND's come with lifetime traffic.

After reading this, I checked Amazon last night. Yes, indeed, there was the seller offering Lifetime numaps at that price. I noticed then that the seller reported only having two copies remaining. I believe that when the seller runs out of copies, the seller's listing, price, etc. are removed which explains why it's not being seen right now.

I looked a bit further into it last night and saw that this was a new Amazon seller and consequently, had no customer feedback. I also noted that the only item the seller was offering on all of Amazon was the lifetime numaps (and, as I stated, only two copies remained when I looked).

That was a great price for now but I would have been a bit hesitant to spend that much from a new seller with no customer ratings. If the seller obtains more copies, we'll see it listed again as a vendor for the product. Maybe by then we'll also have some feedback from the buyers who placed their orders yesterday or earlier.

I got this as a pricespider alert and immediately went to the site only to find it was already over.
