Did you try reinstalling the latest software for the GPS using WebUpdater?

Never

Never saw that, and I use simulation mode a lot.

I haven't had this happen to my 3790LMT either.

Could you be zoomed out so much that you can't see movement on the screen of your vehicle's icon?

Is your vehicle's icon 'gas fueled' or electric. Did you fill up the tank or plug it in over night? grin

When the vehicle doesn't move, I return to the go to screen and press detour, than the vehicle will continue the simulation route.

I still ask, were you zoomed out too high?

When you pressed 'Detour' did the zoom level change to where you can now see the vehicle move?

The reason I ask is that when one is zoomed out too high, although there is movement, it is difficult to spot on the screen. I'm wondering it that is the problem -- hoping that it is, because that is an easy fix for you.

It doesn't seem to be zoom out too far, the screen that shows that the GPS is Off, Simutate driving the route doesn't show unless you I go to detour.

Ijust tried something, from the calculation mode menu, I took it off of Prompted. It worked everytime. So the route doesn't like Prompted. Any suggestion.
