Dayton, OH to get Cameras

Article in today's Dayton (Ohio) Daily News says Dayton will be getting new cameras: http://www.wdtn.com/dpp/news/dayton-kicks-off-speed-enforcem...
This article isn't clear about it, but they are installing speed cameras mid-block ahead of the red light cameras. So, it will be possible to get a speed ticket and a red light infraction ticket at the same time.
