In the state capitols POI file, the Georgia entry is wrong.
It is correct in identifying the capitol city as being Atlanta, but the Lon/Lat (-83.224599, 33.078476) point to a historic Georgia capitol almost 100 miles away in Midgeville.
Here are the correct coordinates for the current GA capitol building:
