Phoenix to add more red-light cameras

Cameras should have been put at the intersections of those "Reverse Lane" intersections a long time ago.

The only place I've seen where at certain times of the day the direction of traffic "reverses" in certain lanes to improve traffic flow. A big surprise for all of those "out of towners"!
