Speed Limit shwoing up in Canada

I have noticed last week that after the new maps update, speed limit sign has started showing up on 401 East express lanes. So looks like it is fiinally coming to Canada.

Well, I am in Toronto area so I can say Toronto. But I have noticed it only on a small section of 401 yet.
