[solved] accidentally formatted my whole Garmin nuvi 350 GPS!!!!

IF your nuvi will still go into mass storage mode and IF you have a backup, the process is relatively easy ... just copy all the files and folders from your backup back into the nuvi.

I suspect however that that is not the case, so you will need to learn how to get your nuvi into preboot mode and how to use the "Cure3" program to get your nuvi in mass storage mode. You also use the Cure3 program to reflash the basic firmware. At that point you will have a bootable device that will show the basic menus, but with no map, voice, text or other content. At this stage, you can run Garmin Express and Web Updater to get some, but not all, content back.

So, you will then have to find someone who has a 765T like yours and is willing to give you a copy of the files so you can copy the missing files and folders back in. That will get everything back except the map files. Map files are copy protected and linked to a specific device, so they can't be copied from one device to another. If you have a lifetime map subscription, you can use Garmin Express to reinstall the map. If not, you will need to buy a new map and/or a lifetime map update subscription ... probably not worth it for a device this old.
