It will be interesting

It will be interesting to see how many blow this off as paranoia/lunacy.

It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.

I'm fairly certain

I'm fairly certain that only people over the age of 45 50 even know that we have a Constitution and it supposedly limits what government can do. the 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments have been all but forgotten.

How do these apply

How do these apply to "ticketing systems"?

If "unreasonable search and seizure" does not apply to an officer giving a ticket, how would it apply to Automated Traffic Enforcement.

How do ATE Tickets rise to the level that would require "due process"?

I believe most traffic tickets issued by ATE are "civil" not "criminal" offences.
