Several years ago there was some discussion on the POI Factory forum about celebrity voices for the GPS and Gary Busey's name was mentioned. Well, for better or worse it's happened.

If you are not familiar with celebrity voice files keep in mind that these type of files do NOT speak street names. So if you install a celebrity voice file your gps will only say "turn left","turn right", etc.

I just paired my cell phone with my new Equinox today, I wish I could get that lady's voice for my GPS.
Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.

How do I get a voice that says "Winning" everytime I make a move that is the opposite of the GPS instructions and defies logic?

With either celebrity voice there will probably be lots of nutty comments with the travel voice. In some instances it may be hard to understand.

If he were free, I'd definitely use his voice for the random road-trip with friends, but mostly just for his insights on life.

Use TTS Voice Editor to change the word "recalculating" to "winning". When I run afoul of the planned path, Karen says "selecting alternate route".
