Shouldn't be an issue with refurbished unit or buying with Newegg. Good company

NewEgg is a pretty good company. I've purchased from them in the past. Was able to return one item without any problems. They gave me a discount on my next order which was unexpected.

Good experience with NewEgg.

However, the installed MAPS on the unit may be a bit older. Garmin will not honor this unit with their 60day map update, like they do new units. At least this is what I was told last time I bought a refurb.

to download the latest maps...not sure why they nixed you.
