Anyone have solid specs on GPS accuracy with iPhone and the iPad?
I get same as my Nuvi
my iPhone resolves down to 3 meters most of the time in my living room... as does my Wifi iPad with a BadElf GPS receiver attached - same as my Nuvi765t. The hardware is fine - the drawback on both is apps. Navigon is workable - I guess I'm to used to Nuvis and finding in hard to like something else - Garmin's app does not load full maps to the device, Navigon's does.

Apps
The Magellan RoadMate app also loads full maps (although dated) - a little more like Garmin style navigation. However the app is going through the usual growing pains of poor address resolution/recognition, et al.
My AT&T and VZW iphones (each have different gps hardware) and iPad w/internal gps have similar resolution as stated previously.
