2011-2012 Ford Voice Activated Navigation System

Anyone have this system? I'm looking at a new mustang and was wondering about the navigation to replace my Garmin but I wanted to know more about it. Can you download POI's to it, upload tracks from it, upgrade maps, etc. What part is subscription if any? I know the Sirius is subscription, but what about the maps, traffic, weather, etc. or is that all part of the Ford Sync? Is it all worth it?
