problem with "Sizzler" POI

I DL the Sizzler poi from here in GPX format for use on my Nuvi 855.
It has Sizzlers in a few different states. I use POI Loader 2.54
The problem I'm having is that only the Sizzlers in CA show up on my Nuvi.
I used extra poi editor to convert the GPX to CSV and looked at it in Excel and all of the other states are there.
I've tried both formats on my 855 with the same results.

I've emailed the original poster with the problem and got no response so I thought I would see if any of the experts here can help.

Sizzler

I just thought of this have you tried to paste your contents in another spreadsheet it's just a guess. Also have you had any other problems with the other files I maintain. You are the first to let me know of this problem. With my gps I don't need a loader it automatically brings them in if they are gpx or csv.

I no longer own a Nuvi, but when I did it only showed the closest 50 or so POI's. If you want to check POI's in another state then place your unit in Simulation mode and the POI's for that new state should appear.
