I also believe he paid-off the family of his victim. The only thing I will add is that if, in fact, he did pay the family to "forget" about what happened The family needs to share the blame for him not being arrested.
I will say, without a doubt, that God forbid if it were my daughter I would be in jail for getting rid of that piece of trash.

And a fly over above a domed stadium with the dome closed, I must be missing something. To hell with the weather open the damn thing up.
