Loading .wav Files

I have a nuvi 1490 LMT and want to load some .wav files for alerts. How can this be done on a Mac ? I found the sox.exe file but that's for a PC only.

See http://www.poi-factory.com/node/25730 but forget about the sox.exe.The trick is once you make or download the wav file.To name it the same as the file except for the extensions.
