App to Convert POI Files

Is anyone here an app developer? I'm wondering if it would be possible to build an app to convert POI files from csv format into kml format.

I know there are tons of computer programs which can convert POI files, but I couldn't find an android app to convert the files on my smartphone.

I'm actually surprised as well (especially considering the integration with Google Maps on Android phones) that there isn't an Android-native tool for this--I don't see any reason why it's not doable (especially as there are spreadsheet apps for Android...and lots of stuff much smaller than Android).

Have you tried this site. I believe it has what you are looking for.
