I was a Magellan guy, until mine broke (freezes constantly) and it looks like u can't add poi to the new magellans....

You can load any of the POI from the factory on the unit. You will need to download POILoader, Webupdater, Garmin Communicator, and SOX before beginning. Read the FAQS they'll tell you about the files, where they are installed and how to run them.
