Last year I got a great deal on a Nuvi for my wife during Black Friday sales. This year, I am looking to upgrade from 765T. I am sure there are other out there looking for a good deal on GPSr's. So if you see a good deal, please post it here so everyone can benefit.
One site shows 1450LMT $159.00.
Two months after I buy one.
New to this site and to GPS's so I am not sure what a GPSr is. But I do know this.

That is a reasonably good deal on a 255W. Available now.
It is available at buydig.com for $119. Use discount code EBF2010572 to get $20 off. Free standard shipping included.
Get additional 2% cash back through either ebates or mrrebates.
LOL .. the picture shows Garmin device, but has the TomTom interface on it
Consider buying at Costco. Their return/exchange policy is realy good.
Good luck getting one though, as "quantiies are limited."
Just got this about blackfriday at radio shack.
My experience to look for GPS deal:
High end, top the line models will not see much discount, only 15% to 25%. Only low end, clearance models they will cut you a good deal. Don't forget to look at Walmart, Target, Office Depot you may find some basic unit for $50 - $100 bucks.

I didn't notice the Tom Tom display until you pointed it out. We will have to wait and see which unit Target actually puts on sale.
Newegg has the Garmin nuvi 1350 for $89 with no shipping or tax for the refurbished model. Delivered in 2 days. Bought 2, 1 for me and 1 for my parents. I can't tell they aren't new except for sticker. Newegg is a great mail order company with good return policies.
XL335T with lifetime traffic update
$79.00 Quantities limited
This is the lowest price I have ever seen for this high end Nuvi. To get it at this price, you must buy it from BeachCamera through eBay using Buy-It-Now option @ $449.99, then use 10% off code CBEACHGPS10 at checkout, which makes it $404.99, and you must use PayPal to check out. You will also get $9 back from eBay as eBay Bucks. And if you are registered at mrrebates, you can get another 3% cash back.
Here is a link to the eBay listing:
The coupon code can expire at any time. So if you want one, I suggest you get on it.
Once again can we Canadians take advantage of any of these deals?
This may help....

lanlin, thanks for the link.
Although, I'm hesitant to do the Buy It Now at $449 since there is no way to know if that coupon will work or not.
Once I click the Buy it now and committ to buy it, I may be stuck with the price.
Otherwise.... if I had some assurance the coupon code would work, I'd jump on this.
Just got this EMail
BeachCamera require immediate payment on their Buy-It-Now. That means you are not committed to buy until you pay. After Buy-It-Now, choose to pay, near the bottom right of the page, there is a box to enter coupon code, click apply after entering the code. The discount will show up. Then choose to pay by PayPal.
Just got notified of Best Buy's Black Friday Nuvi buys ...
Garmin nuvi 1300LMT 4.3" GPS w/ Lifetime Maps & Traffic $129.99
Garmin nuvi 1300LMT 4.3" GPS w/ Lifetime Maps & Traffic Kit w/ Extras $159.97
Garmin nuvi 255WT 4.3" GPS w/ Lifetime Traffic Service $99.99
Thanks for the info.... I just read your message and clicked the ebay link and now the item has been removed.
Don't know if they sold out or had a pricing error or what.
Oh well..... I suspect that we'll see some more deals around. Hopefully they be as sweet as that one.
Can't guarrantee the coupon is still good though. On the plus side, eBay is having double eBay Bucks promotion today. Thant means you can get $18 back.
Good Luck! The coupon worked for me. I ordered it the night I posted the deal here. Already got the tracking number. It is arriving next week. If I had waited until today I would have gotten another $9 off. But on the other hand, the deal might have expired.
CircuitCity.com has the 265W for 139.99. Use $40 off coupon MVS10936 to get for $99.99. Shipping adds $4.75.
May be some good deals to be had on Black Friday. http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/
Always had good luck wit my 255w
Flip isn't this alittle pricey
Why in the world would you want to "upgrade" from a 765T? What can a newer unit possibly offer that would make it worth purchasing when you already have a great GPS? I'd rather have my nüvi 760 than one of the newer units that are missing the features I like.
PS... You can send the 765T to me. I'd be happy to give it a loving home.

But the 765 is a piece of crap. Dorkus did an extensive review here at POI factory, and pointed out many of its serious flaws. I wish I had read it before I wasted money on it. My number 1 complaint is the touch screen. Very frustrating to use because it selects the wrong item about 25% of the time.
amazon has 20% off tomtom's with code TOMTOM20 right now. the 540TM is about the same as BF, without waiting in line!
All the above about Black Friday ads want me to upgrade. Got three now and one
more would upset the wife.
Oh well there is always Christmas--
saw it on dealnews for 55.00 today
Seen on the news tonight.Lady already in St. Petersburg FL camping out in front of Best Buy.
Buy.com has the 1450LMT for $189.95 with free s&h.
Comparable to Target's BF deal (159.00 + tax) is around $15 more. With no waiting in line or spending a whole night at your computer waiting for the deal to get available online for 5-10 minutes or until is sold out, it looks like a very decent deal to me.
On the other hand Cuircutcity.com has refurbished 1490T for $149.99 with free s&h.
If your looking for a great bluetooth at a super price Verizon has the Plantronics Voyager Pro + with a free case for $59.99 and free shipping...Only available on their web site....$40.00 off....
No coupons or rebates to deal with.
On Black Friday and Saturday, you can have a Garmin 1490T for $169.99 (regular is $299.99). A Garmin 265WT is only $99.99 after $100.00 instant savings, $20.00 rebate. A Magellan Roadmate 1700 is only $149.99 (regular is $249.99). A TomTom XL 540S is only $89.99 after $100.00 instant savings, $10.00 rebate. Finally, a TomTom XL 540TM can be bought for only $129.99, saving you $130.00. Hope this helps.

Maybe the one he had that time. Certainly my 765 is not a "piece of crap." The most recent software update corrected the touchscreen issue and I have not had issues with it since that time. It does work well. Whatever replaces it must certainly be of greater value at this point. But "piece of crap"? I beg to differ.
Sounds like you missed the latest 765 firmware update. Have you?
Garmin's on-line Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals... when I first received the e-mail announcement several days ago, the actual deals were listed on the preview page. Now there is just a notice to check back on Black Friday and Cyber Monday (11/29) to see the individual deals for those two days. I remember that the Monday deals had a special price of $60 or $70 for a lifetime map upgrade card. $60 would be a good deal... $70 is more than Amazon's regular price. Check here on Friday and again Monday:
