How to convert csv to route plan for nuvi360?

Hello all, I have used findthebestroute.com to generate a route of 23 stops in the city, optimized for speed obviously. I exported the csv, but this is where I am stuck. How can I import the csv file generated and make a route that the gps will then follow.

Thanks for the help and sorry for what I'm sure is a basic question, I did try to search around first, promise!

Multipoint route import.

Routes are imported on nuvi's as GPX files, not CSV. However, the nuvi 360 does not support multi-point route import. The best you can do is import your vias and stops as favorites or POI's.

Thanks for the info.

I have to say, this GPS has been a horrible purchase for me. I basically stopped using it after 4 months because even with updated maps it never found poi's, sent me the wrong way, etc.. then I used it for red light cam notification with the files here, bummer it wasn't directional. In the end, I just don't really think there's any use for the device anymore - it's now tragically outdated and stunk to begin with. Bye bye garmin - navigon on the iphone replaces you easily and then some!

I really appreciate the answer though, I just wish after all the research I did I had made a better decision, I doubt I'll ever buy a garmin for automotive purposes again.

True.

Research before purchase usually pays off, but sometimes you don't realize what you really want until you have used the product for a while. Many nuvi models support multi-point routing ... creating, saving, editing, optimizing and importing routes. But not the 3xx series.

Yah, the bummer is that I have no faith in Garmin's ability to actually get me places.. and even if that is resolved (can't see how since it's basically the same maps) everything seems so convoluted in regards to loading things, etc.

Ideally I'd want a GPS that had optimized routes, accurate directions!, kept up on POI changes, lane assist, voice input, traffic. I know Garmin are the only game in town when it comes to most of those features in one device.. but if the underlying element of having good poi data and proper routing function aren't there, what good is any of it?

I did a side by side of navigon/iphone 4 and the 360 here in Arizona and the navigon package won on every front. The garmin was even slower to lock signal! I know if you're jailbroken and running windows you can load .traffic files for routes and there's some free tool to change csv to traffic.. so it seems that will have to be the solution. That said, I don't think there's any way to get the red light alerts working with navigon unfortunately (buy a cheetah mirror I guess with the money saved on the gps unit. :/
