ecoRoute HD on order

Along with the 1490LMT I picked up on the weekend I went ahead and ordered an ecoRoute HD from http://www.GPScity.ca
My MINI Cooper S has an abysmal lack of in dash gauges and I've been looking for an easy way to remedy this. I looked at buying a couple of mechanical gauges for about $400 but as my 250W was a couple of years old I decided to pull the trigger on a 1490LMT and ecoRoute HD hoping that this combination will not only give me more 'toys' to play with, but also be MUCH easier to install and use on a day-to-day basis.
Should have the ecoRoute HD later this week. I'll post back with my experiences as they unfold.
EcoRoute HD arrived & installed
I've had the EcoRoute HD for about a week now and am really happy with it.
Installation for me was a breeze not requiring any double-sided tape or zip-ties. Luckily for me my Mini has a nice little spot next to the OBDII port where I could slide the HD unit into
Having the extra gauges is nice & I really like the added features on the screen that comes up when you press on the speed readout.
All-in-all, I figure a good buy for those more 'techie types' in the crowd.
