nuvi 775t built in POI

Hi every one.. i updated my nuvi 775t north America 2011 maps it was OK , but the POI built in page went blank totally the only icon shown is the SPELL NAME, i posted my complain to Garmin but no answer as yet, i Need help,

Garmin doesn't work evenings and weekends, so you probably won't get an answer until next week.
Are the maps selected on the Map Info page?
