I know this is somewhere, but I want to go to bed and not search for it. But how do you load a bmp to the site? made a few csv files and now what to add the bmp to the site

At a session I videotaped at Ia State Univ. once upon a time at the Fire Extension Service Building, I heard 'Expert' defined as ex, as in former, and 'spurt' - thus expert: former drip under pressure...
