What is the difference between Garmin's red light poi's and POI Factory. I downloaded the free test version of Garmin's an it seems good. Will the ones from POI Factory give you a on screen warning as does Grarmin's? Thanks for the help.
The big difference IMO is
The big difference IMO is that POI Factory's list is updated far more often than the Garmin one, plus has a lot more locations in it.
If you load the POI from here properly on your Garmin, then yes it will warn you on the screen.

This is true
I agree about POI Factory's list being updated more. I D/L and install it every week or so. Do not want any new locations sneaking up on me.

POI Factory is great.
POI Factory is very current.
On two occasions, I noticed red light cameras not included in the files. When I contacted POI Factory, Ms. Poi was great with quick responses and updates to the files.
Every two weeks vs....who knows
Not only is the POI Factory file updated often, it has almost instantaneous user testing and feedback.
The price is right too....a few posts a week and "you are warned" of inpending danger to your wallet.
