Converting MAPS not POIs

Anyone out there know of a program that converts MAPs? I found a interesting map that is apparently for MAGELLAN, but not for TOMTOM.

I am going to FLORIDA in a few months, and this thing would be VERY helpfull! I am also getting a BLACKBERRY in a week or so. I know they have GPS apps... what GPS app should I get with it?

GPS Utility will do many conversions including to MapSource mps and gdb files, but I don't know if I would want to gamble $29.95 on it working.

Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.

have no idea, but for an open source (free) solution, don't forget that you might be able to go from MAGELLAN to GARMIN and then to TOOMTOM
