Doesn't Zoom out

My 265WT after being upgraded to 2011.10 not longer zooms out on the main map of North America without shutting down. I go to the view map screen and then just zoom out. It will go about 3 times and then shutt off. The last time I tried it (about a month ago on 2010.40 map) It didn't have this problem.

Try doing a hard-reset on

Try doing a hard-reset on the device. The man I spoke with on the phone (I called Garmin for screen issues) told me that hard-resets can help fix any minor issues sometimes.
Call Garmin if this does not help. They are super nice.
