Is it possible to get a Gamrin Nuvi 770 to send the turn by turn direction via bluetooth to a car OEM bluetooth integration.
Say I am listening to the radio, and when some information from the GPS comes, have the radio silence and hear through the speakers.
Just like a cell phone integration does when receiving a phone call?
Sounds like something Garmin could do? maybe some other brand has this feature?
models designed for motorcycle use
I think the only Garmin models that support sending the turn by turn navigation audio via bluetooth are some of the models designed for motorcycle use.
Garmin Drive Smart 55 - Samsung Note 10 Smartphone with Google Maps & HERE Apps
And
Also the 765 per the manual.
Which was news to me.
An after-purchase bonus.

the 765 does a2dp, but it wouldn't mute the radio via bluetooth. I've looked at that model and it wouldn't achieve what I am trying to do.
I want to listen to the radio (regular car radio) and then have the GPS interupt it to give direction just like my cell phone would when a call comes in.
I am not sure about the Zumo's series, I may look into it, but the prices are so high for these...
