Nuvi 680 internal speaker

Anyone ever loose sound out of internal speaker? My FM works but no internal. I took it apart (don't go "OH NO) it is easy, I had this problem before I change the battery, but thought I would repair two items at once. All the connections were good.
Any ideas?

Thanks! It looks like I need to get a headset and try it out. The FM works so I do not think it is the software. I just updated Maps and MSN, hate to have to loose it now. Garmin wants $110.00 for repair, may look for a speaker out of Garmin if that is the problem.
