We're going to be driving across Kansas,Missouri, Illinois,Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and into New Brunswick, Canada. Does anybody know if any of these states or New Brunswick bans GPS devices attached to the windshield? Thanks in advance. Williea

Obstructed = free cash for

Obstructed = free cash for the juridiction ...

Easier to get money by fine than by an increase of taxes.

In California

I see people with it right under the rear view mirror all the time.

I play it safe in the corner only.

They are just now thinking about enforcing the hands free law, so may be they just do not enforce it here.

Play it safe, keep it in the corner

Thank you, Motorcycle Mama!

Thank you!

Mounting in Cali

I just let my GPS sit on the center console when in California, unmounted. Makes it difficult to see, but I usually drive by voice direction.
