how to i remove a file 255w

i have a poi file named ca hot springs stuck in my favorites menu. open menu it says all fav. add book and hot spring. do i have to daleat one at a time
You can try Settings>My
You can try Settings>My Data>Delete All Favorites.

Also, you may need to delete any GPX files you have in the \garmin\gpx folder, then delete All favorites as jhawkin@comcast.net suggested, finally do a hard reset.

Hook gps up to
Hook gps up to computer.Using my computer go to drive for gps.Find the Garmin folder and click on it.Find gpx folder and click on it.You will see current.gpx .Any other files other then current.gpx with gpx extension delete them.
Unhook the unit from comptuter and re-boot the gps.Go to tools,my data and select delete favorites and check the ones you want to delete.
You have to do it in this order.Files other then the current.gpx will re-load to favorites.Current.gpx is a mirror of your favorites.
