NUVI 5000
I contacted Garmin yesterday again about my 5000. The darn thing takes over an hour to find the satellites, and I am usually at my destination by then. I told them it was worthless. Probably part of the problem is that it does not have a battery, so each start-up is a cold start. However, an hour and fifteen minutes to locate birds, is not even reasonable. This is freeway driving with no obstructions. They have not responded as of today. I should hear something soon. My 680 works great.
