Strange thing with the 855

Yesterday I hooked the 855 to the laptop and used EasyGPS to load some favorites, did nothing else whatsoever, put the 855 in the car, and had it route me to an address. All of a sudden I had a new voice. It changed from Jack, what I normally use, to one of the female voices. I went into the menus and changed it back. After that it was turned on and off a couple of times when we got in and out of the car and nothing changed.

I'll be using it quite a bit today again so we'll see what happens.

Perhaps...

An accidental reset to default values at the time of the download?

I've see that

except it defaulted back to Jill, instead of my customized version of Emily...

Had it happen twice, and I'm not sure what sequence of events led to it.
