Grilled some marinated pork-chops last week. They were great. My smoker will not keep a proper temperature unless the ambient air temp is 50 degrees or above. And...it snowed in Alabama yesterday morning. But next month, look out ribs and pork shoulder!

Well, it's Tuesday and I am just now signing in on this. Went to eat at Underwood's B-B-Q in Brownwood Texas for our 46th anniversary Monday. 300 mile round trip but worth it. Jill Map worked great!

Just got home from Florida after 2 1/2 months. Boy, was it chilly down there this year. I can't wait for "Global warming" to kick in.
This is a bad luck year for us permanents. Not a warm winter and bound to be a hot summer. According to the global warmers, this is exactly right. The weather changed so that's proof. Yup......

I thought I commented on this once but can't find it so I goofed.
I hate to leave to go home after 3 months but if I had to drive Scottsdale Rd often I'd loose the little sanity I have. The Speed and Red light warnings never stopped the other day. It's not as bad going N as it is S. I guess south bound drivers make more trouble than North bound. Talk about overkill.
