New Traffice Firmware Update for Nuvi 1490T

There is a new traffic firmware upgrade for the 1490T, which just appeared using WebUpdater this weekend. I would presume this will also apply to others in the 1xxx series.

Empty Advertisement boxes with 1490T
I did the traffic upgrade. I am not sure what problem it was supposed to fix, but the upgrade seemed to have created another "problem".
After acquiring a traffic signal, if you are standing still, the grey advertisement box is empty, except for a coupon at the right of the box. I wouldn't mind the elimination of the advertisement, but having the empty grey box on the map screen is nearly as annoying. Fortunately, the box disappears when you start moving.
Furthermore, if I then check "Offers", the list is filled with blank spaces corresponding with the abscent offers.
Has anybody else observed this, or not, with the 1490T since doing this traffic update?
BTW, I am running the latest maps and firmwareware 3.60 with my 1490T. I redownladed all of my firmware, disabled traffic and re-enabled, and still get the empty ad boxes. Strange.

Did you do a hard reset? It's recommended after all firmware updates.

I've updated the firmware on my 1490t and had no problems. I would try to re-install the firmware and do a reset.
How to reinstall traffic firmware?
I did attempt to reinstall ALL of the firmware and then did a hard reset. No luck. I still get the grey empty advertisement bar at the top of the Where to screen. It covers over the current time and part of the car icon. Fortunately, it disappears as soon as you go to view map and then return to main screen. It is more of annoyance than a real problem. If I press the traffic icon and go to the screen that gives you a selection of different traffic map options, the same grey bar appears at the bottom of the screen. Sometimes it is empty; sometimes there is actually an advertisement there - it doesn't disappear when moving.
What I would like to do is just delete the traffic file that was updated, and hope that when I use WebUpdater that it will let me just download the update again. (Maybe the one I got initially somehow got corrupted.) Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the possibly corrupt file. Any help here would appreciated. (I took a snapshot of one of the screens with the problem and emailed it to a technical support person at Garmin They never got back to me about it).
