Traffic alerts and 3d Building View in Vancouver, BC?

I have a nuvi 765T and am in Vancouver, BC Canada. Even when driving on roads that supposedly have traffic alert coverage, I have never received any alerts (or even the ads for the free service). Can anyone confirm that traffic alerts are available and working in Vancouver? Also, is there 3d building view available here? Thanks!

Isn't the whole city a "traffic alert", especially with the Olympics forcing the closer of so many streets?
Yes, you should be getting traffic data in Vancouver but I'm not sure about the 3D buildings.

Traffic alert
I have a 1490T, The only traffic alert I received was from the time I went across the border. I am not sure about the 3D building view, but I have experienced the junction view and lane assist and few times on Hwy 91.
Perhaps there was no traffic problem at the time you were on the road that has traffic alert.
