creating POI with phone Number

Good Afternoon

I am creating a POI file for the Logans Roadhouse Restaurant and I was wondering how to add the phone number so that My Nuvi 660
can dial the Restaurant i am creating the file in Excel as my Mapsource V8 has not yet arrived
