It seems we are having a problem in New Jersey. It seems they are having a problem getting the Red Light cameras to interface with the Court System and cannot mail out tickets. Too BAD

not many NJ cameras in database
it's a good news, especially that in my area (northern Jersey, ~Rutherford/Hackensack area) there is no red light or speed cameras at all ?
it's hard to believe for me that here is no such township using them (haven't seen them here though). I drive around a bit (also NY) and haven't seen them either LOL ... so what am i looking for ? how to recognize a camera ? they do not seem to mount them blatantly ...
In European countries they usually have to post a sign preceding a spot where redlight or speed photo camera operates.
