Has anyone used the CityXplorer add-on maps with the Enhanced Pedestrian mode? If so, what was your experience? Do you recommend adding the maps or not?
(Unless you have a Garmin 1xxx GPS with Enhanced Pedestrian mode and have actually used these add-on maps, utilizing the Enhanced Pedestrian mode or have accurate information regarding the use of these maps in Enhanced Pedestrian mode, please do not respond.)

I have not, but my brother has (he does not use this site despite my insistence that he should) and he is quite pleased with its performance.

I've got the San Diego and Ney York City ones. The are very good. I got the San Diego one since it was only $10 and wanted to use it so I had an idea of how it worked before taking a vacation to NYC. It is fantastic!! When I got to the city and started using it, it was like having a local show me the sights. The taxi features were the most valuable thing for me, saved me a ton of money.
Thanks
Thanks for your responses. I think I'll invest in a few of them.
