thanks for making this and sharing and all the updates! I'm a little late to this party- I'm d/l for the first time today.

Almost as good as Extra Poi Editor (EPE).

I can no longer log on thru POISync since the last site realignment.

What is POI Synch or POISynch? Google doesn't help me find either.

Is a java program that allowed you to batch download poi files from POI Factory instead of having to click each one from its own page.

Allowed you to rename the files as it saved them as well.

But the recent changes to the login site for POI Factory has broken it. The author (shumans) hasn't been around in a long while.

Mine ran as a windows task once a week.

I emailed the author and he said he will look into it when he gets back from vacation.

I have received an update from the Author. If anyone knows where it is still being hosted Ii will send it to them. All the previous locations I looked at are no longer valid .

I can't get java loaded anymore in windoz10. is there another option for this utility?

I downloaded PoiSync version 2.0.320170222 from

but am receiving the message "Windows cannot find 'javaw'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." What do you suggest I do?

Chances either Java is not installed on your system, or they are not in your path.

Java can be installed from here: https://java.com/en/download/

If it is installed, you can verify if Java is installed and the version that is installed by opening a command window (Window search bar, search for "Command Prompt"), and run "java -version". If java is found, you should see something like this:

C:UsersSchuman>java -version
java version "1.8.0_161"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_161-b12)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 25.161-b12, mixed mode, sharing)

If it is not found, you probably need to add your path environment:

* search for "Control Panel" from windows search bar
* go to Control Panel -> System and Security -> System
* select Advanced system settings from the menu bar on the left
* click Environment variables button

You can update either the system or the user's environment, depending on if you want everyone to be able to use Java.

If you have taken all the defaults, you probably need to add "C:ProgramDataOracleJavajavapath;" to your PATH environment variable. If you installed to other location, you'll find the path where java.exe and javaw.exe are installed and add that directory.

Once that has been updated, any new command window should find Java.

Wont work any longer on this site because they changed the login site to .net and the program is looking for .com.

I would assume it would be a fairly simple fix IF I knew java.

Was a great utility though.

Mine is still working. Version 2.0.320170222

Mine is 2.0.220110201 and hasnt worked since the login site was changed to my knowledge. I wasnt aware he put out a 2.0.3 version. Do you have a copy of it?
