Description Difference

Ihave several POI TourGuides. On some them the initial screen shows in the description "Alert Information 10 miles" in others this doesn't exist, yet the work. Anyone know hod the difference comes about? I have screenshots.

First off, are they GPX or CSV files? I will assume they are GPX and the proximity is built into the file. Download a free copy of Extra_POI_Editor from www.turboccc.wikispaces.com. Be certain to read the installation notes and get one of the Installer versions first. Install it, then the latest version. You need the OCX file the installer loads.

You can then look at the TourGuide file and see how the proximity (distance) is coded into the file.

I had an older version, so

I had an older version, so upgraded to 4.49. Still same difference. Some say "Alert Information" others do not. It isn't a big issue, it is just nice that you can see what radius you set up.
