Duplicate favorites in my 765

This is really strange. Just recently, I updated to the new Map from Garmin and added my new red light cameras from the site. All of a sudden, I have duplicate entries for all my favorites for some reason.
I've deleted the Current.GPX file from the nuvi and the position file and it never get's rid of my favorites. I'd like to blow out all the favorites and load in the ones from my garmin road trip program, where they are all stored.
I also used the POI loader to remove all custom POIs per the loading option and that still didn't help.
Can anyone tell me how to blow out all those favorites so I don't see work and work 1, home and home 1, dentist and dentist 1, etc, etc, etc?

Current.gpx
is only a copy of what is stored. The only way to clean them out is to go in and delete the dupes or do a master reset. Temp.gpx, if present is then read and the favorites reloaded.

If you want to delete all favorites, select Tools>My Data>Delete Favorites. Also, my new 855 says Delete Selected Favorites and then gives you a list to select certain ones to delete (I didn't know this until I just looked - thanks). I'm not sure about your 765.
POI Loader does not have anything to do with Favorites - only Custom POIs.
