Listing of defined fields in POI or Address book

Hello,
I suspect that these answers are probably already included in some other posts but I can't seem to find them. If someone would point me to existing posts I'd be happy to utilize them.
I notice that when I open the custom.gpx file that the address book listings appear to be nothing more than a separate category in the POI, is this correct?
If that is so I'd like to know which fields the Nuvi (255W) will recognize in a .csv file. For example it looks like column A in the .csv is reserved for latitude, column B is longitude (or vice versa), Column C is name, etc. but I'd like to find out what other information fields I can enter and in which columns they would need to be located. Can I enter notes, multiple telephone numbers, etc?
I'll probably end up trying to create a .csv from a subset of my outlooks contact file and importing it so I'd like to figure out the best way to do that.
From a file structure perspective can I just name my file Address_Book_my_address.csv to tell the nuvi these are address that should be placed under the Address Book Heading?
Thanks,

Phone # Links in a POI
Using the doc you reference above I was able to create and load a personal POI, no problem. I'm wondering, though, how to include a phone # that is selectable like the pre-loaded POIs? I have a Garmin 765T that has blue-tooth capabilities and would like to be able to create personal, custom POIs just like the pre-loaded ones. I've checked many threads here and on other boards but haven't run across one that sheds any light on this...
.
Use Extra POI Editor to load the .csv's, and then "Save As" .gpx's after you add the info you wish.

You need to use GPX format

For what you want to do, you need to use GPX POI files instead. That is the only way you will get "tap to dial" phone numbers. Plus the GPX format allows many additional fields that will allow precise display formating as well as mapping fields from a database or Outlook.
